remodeling project. Robert and his team of employees and specialty
subcontractors are wonderful people to work with, and the quality of their work
is outstanding. The work in our home was extensive: replacing all interior doors,
many exterior doors and windows, selecting hardware as needed, redesigning
several closets, installing chandeliers and other lighting, supervising the
complete refinishing of our hardwood floors, and finally painting inside and out.
The finish carpentry and workmanship throughout is magnificent; the house
painting is gorgeous. Attention to detail and keeping the workplace clean was
evident at all times.
Robert himself is a terrific general contractor. He possesses a good sense of
humor and is easy to work with. Indeed, I now count Robert as a friend. He is
punctual, flexible, and a good listener. He is open to changes along the way,
and is also comfortable making suggestions that come from his years of
experience. Robert managed our project well, staying on schedule and within
budget. (In my extensive experience with remodeling projects, this doesn’t
happen often!) We chose to do our work on a time and materials basis, but it is
still worth noting that Robert’s estimates of anticipated overall costs were
incredibly accurate. I can say with great confidence that you too will be
